Imagine celebrating your wedding on a private hilltop in Sedona overlooking the kinds of stunning red rock views that people travel from all over the world to see. That dream can come true when you hold your special day at Agave of Sedona Wedding & Event Center. Every detail of this spectacular venue, which was constructed of sunbaked adobe bricks to blend in with area’s natural beauty, was designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views that surround it.
The first space your guests will enter is the Celebration Terrace, a semi-enclosed area offering red rock views to the north and additional views to the east through beautiful French doors. While guests are enjoying cocktails on the terrace, the bride and her attendants will be nestled in the private bridal suite, putting on their finishing touches before the much-anticipated first look. In the meantime, the groom and his men can gather in their choice of the bar lounge or a very popular outdoor area called “The Cave” as they wait for the ceremony to begin.
The wedding vows take place outdoors on the Ceremony Terrace that provides a built-in backdrop of magnificent red rock views. The terrace’s fire-and-water feature adds to its magical aura. Afterwards, guests will return to the Celebration Terrace for cocktails while the wedding party poses for those all-important photos.
Next comes the reception in Agave’s beautiful Montage Ballroom that delivers panoramic views through its floor-to-ceiling windows and can accommodate everything from intimate celebrations to dinner and dancing for up to 200 guests. Planning is made blissfully simple, since all of the tables, Chiavari chairs, dinnerware, flatware and glassware are already included. Anything else needed can easily be obtained from Agave’s proven list of recommended vendors who can provide everything from additional décor items, flowers or photo booths to DJs, bands and other musicians.
