How did you two meet?:
Richard and I met on PlentyofFish.com back in 2009. I came to find out that we both had been in long term relationships for 12 years and thought that after that we would never meet anyone else. So a friend told me to try online dating and of course I was hesitant since never having done that. I saw his profile and took a chance and sent him a message and he responded back and we corresponded, talked and texted nonstop for a week before meeting at Starbucks and have been inseparable ever since. Richard proposed in Sedona while touring a winery with friends and 7 years later were are happily married.

How did you find your venue? Were you happy with it?:
We could not have been more happy with our venue- The Legacy Golf Club, from the first moment we toured the grounds and spoke to Kelli we knew this was the place that we wanted to have our wedding. We chose to have an outside wedding and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony was on the beautiful lush golf course with the scenery of the Arizona mountains in the horizon. Our reception was held at the Sierra Vista house which is the prefect setting for a reception and a wedding to take place. We loved every minute of it.Kelli from day one made us feel so comfortable and was there from that very first moment to our special day.

Describe the theme or color scheme of your wedding, and what you chose for your table setting at the reception:
Our colors were cobalt blue, navy and white. We chose to make our table setting simple, but yet beautiful. We chose a small flower arrangement of a single blue hydrangea with a cluster of white and ivory roses in 4'"clear cubes, to accent it we place a small glass vanilla candle next to it. Our wedding favor were traditional Mexican wedding cookies called "Biscochos" which were  placed in a clear container with the wording Thank You as a token of appreciation to our guests for coming to help celebrate with us on our special day.

What piece of advice would you give other couples planning their big day?:
First and foremost make sure to give yourself plenty of time to plan and make sure to enjoy every minute of your special day. You spend so much time and effort planning this day to ensure that all will be perfect, but before you know the time will fly by. Do not stress over the small stuff, one thing that was very important to us was that every friend and family member enjoyed the day just as much as we did. And if you are able we highly suggest that you have a Day of Coordinator. Ours was unbelievable, she is the one that over saw the day for us from beginning to end and made sure that all our friends and family enjoyed the day just as much as we did.
