How did you two meet or how did he propose? We met at the Keg at SanTan Village Mall both out with friends one night. Rick actually proposed in Disneyland as he had taken me there for my first time ever 3 months prior. The proposal was very special as it took place at our dinner table at the Blue Bayou Restaurant inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
Were you happy with the venue? Seville was just perfect. Everything from the first day we toured was seamless and easy. Emily and her team made sure that nothing was missed and the service we received was exceptional.
Describe the theme or color scheme of your wedding, and what you chose for your table setting at the reception: Our wedding theme was classic elegance and everything was just that. We chose pewter linens with champagne details in the flowers, stationery and table settings. I wanted a touch of bold color, so our girls were dressed in eggplant dresses which we also incorporated into the cake and up lights in the ballroom.
What piece of advice would you give other brides planning their big day? Enjoy it! Make sure you hire a professional team to surround you to make sure that you can do just that. No bride wants to be in the ballroom placing last minute things when she should be with her family and friends. My vendor team and wedding planner were the best decisions I made that day, besides of course, my groom.
