Image submission:

• Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG or PNG. Minimum resolution: 300 DPI, 4x6 or larger.
• Links to Dropbox folders with 20-25 photos. Please do NOT send dropbox links to download or invite us to join your dropbox folder.
• Links to Hosted Photography Gallery - please curate a highlight tab or favorites for submission.

Photos may be used on our website, social platforms and/or in our print magazine, by submitting this form Twin Publishing Inc will assume you have received all the proper releases from any individuals and properties featured in the photos.

By submitting images Twin Publishing Inc is guaranteed:

1. Ownership and Copyright
   • You have submitted only original images that you own or have full rights to use.
   • You ensure images do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
   • The supplier of the art/photography agrees to obtain adequate and proper releases and permissions from all individuals and entities providing services, materials, or rights related to the work, ensuring that no one else can claim any interest or rights, direct or indirect.
2. Attribution
   • Provide the photographer’s name and any other required credit information.
3. Legal Compliance
   • Ensure all images comply with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Indemnity
   • Agree to indemnify the publisher against any claims or legal actions resulting from the use of the images.
