1. How did you two meet: We met in graduate school at Cornell university. I'm from phoenix and he is from New Jersey. After graduate school, we moved to and now live in New York City. He proposed after thanksgiving in New York city on our way to see a broadway show.
2. Describe the theme or color scheme of your wedding, and what you chose for your table setting at the reception: our colors were blush and sage - our tables had menus that we bought off Etsy, colored napkins, votive candles, and flowers.
3. What piece of advice would you give other brides planning their big day: Book the big things like a venue, photographer, music early. Don't get bogged down by the endless amount of choice out there - look at a few options and make a decision. Also, sounds cheesy, but enjoy this time. It is really special. I had such fun planning with my mom and sister and wouldn't trade the laughs we had and memories we made throughout the process for the world.
